豊臣秀吉正室 おねが余生を過ごしたお寺。

秀吉死後、京都に移り住んだおねは剃髪して高台院と号し、1606年に屋敷と御堂を建立しました。 

 

高台寺は母オススメのお寺です。

母が20代のころに京都を旅行した際、高台寺の方丈庭園の景色が忘れられなかったといいます。
